In galvanizing plants, flue gas heat recovery systems capture and recycle the high temperatures generated from waste gases during the process, enhancing energy efficiency. These systems are typically installed using industrial heat exchangers or recuperators.
A system designed to utilize the gases emitted from stainless steel cylindrical chimneys in galvanizing plants is used for heating coils connected to hot water tanks in high-temperature environments. This system transfers the high temperatures recovered from waste gases to hot water tanks via the coils, achieving ideal temperature levels. The heated water is used to maintain the balance required for chemical surface treatment. This application not only improves energy efficiency but also reduces operating costs. The energy recovered from the waste gases is reused in processes, resulting in lower external energy consumption. Additionally, achieving the optimal temperature improves the quality of chemical surface treatment and ensures a stable production process.
