In acid rooms, the tanks used to store the acids in our processes are typically custom-designed and manufactured from specialized materials. These tanks ensure the safe storage of acids, preventing any leaks that could not only jeopardize occupational safety and environmental sensitivity but also damage other equipment in the process, leading to production stoppages and increased costs.

In both of our factories, our company manufactures process tanks as a single unit using Wegener machines. Wegener machines utilize FusionWelding technology, which fuses parts together to form molecular bonds.

During this process, Hydrostatic Load Calculations are considered according to the German DVS Standards, supported by specialized software. This ensures the production of high-quality and reliable process tanks.
